Seneca at York was the first capital project resulting from an Ontario Government initiative towards partnering between colleges, universities and the private sector. The 25,000 m2 facility is located at the York University campus and provides a focal point for the establishment of advanced technology partnerships with participation by the college, university and industry. It was developed to offer programs by the School of Biological Studies and Applied Chemistry, School of Communication Arts, School of Computer Science and Advanced Technology Programs.
Johan Moelich and his team managed the construction of this project for Seneca College on the York University campus. Services started early during the design phase and included cost and schedule management for the entire project.
